What TCGPinas is

TCGPinas is a free service. It reads what Philippine shops publish and shows their prices side by side, and it lets verified players list cards they own so buyers can find them. We take no commission, we sell nothing ourselves, and we have no financial interest in which listing you choose.

We are not part of your sale

TCGPinas is a free service that connects buyers and sellers. We are not part of the sale: we hold no payment, ship nothing, inspect nothing, and guarantee no listing. Losses, scams and disputes are between the buyer and the seller. Verification means we checked a seller's ID, and for high-value cards a video of their collection; it is not a promise about any particular sale.

We do not hold your money, we never see a payment, we do not ship or receive cards, and we do not inspect or grade anything. If a deal goes wrong, it is between the buyer and the seller. You use the service at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a listing, a message, a meeting, or a payment between users.

What verification means

A verified seller is one whose government ID we have looked at, and for high-value cards, who has shown us a video of the cards in their hands. It tells you we checked who they are. It is not a guarantee that a particular card exists, is genuine, is as described, or will arrive. We keep no copy of any ID or video: we record only that a check happened, at what level, and when.

What we see, and what we will act on

Messages sent through TCGPinas are visible to us. We read them when a report is made or when we are looking into something, and we keep them so a complaint can be checked afterwards. We remove listings, refuse verification and block accounts at our discretion, including for misleading listings, moving deals off the platform to avoid a record, harassment, or anything illegal. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Your part

Be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian handle the deal.
List only cards you own and describe them honestly.
Keep the conversation here, where it can be looked into.
Do not use the service for anything illegal, including counterfeit cards.
