Marketplace rules
Short, and enforced.
Last updated 18 September 2026.
Who may list
- ID verified to list at all, for cards under ₱5,000.
- ID and collection verified for anything from ₱5,000 up. A video of the cards in your hands, not a photo from the internet.
- No account may hold more than one verification request at a time.
What a listing must say
- The exact printing and finish, and the honest condition.
- Your own price in pesos. No bait prices, no “message for price”.
- Only cards you have in hand now.
- No phone numbers, links or other apps in a listing or profile. Buyers message you here, which is what makes a report checkable.
What gets you removed
- Selling a card you do not have, or one that is not as described.
- Counterfeit or altered cards presented as genuine.
- Pushing buyers off TCGPinas before agreeing a deal, to avoid a record.
- Taking payment and not sending, or receiving cards and not paying.
- Harassment, threats, or using someone else’s identity.
We remove listings and block accounts at our discretion. A blocked account keeps its history so buyers who dealt with it can still be helped.
Reporting
Report a listing or a message from the page it appears on, or email retailers@tcgpinas.com. Include the reference the page shows. We can read the conversation that happened here, which is exactly why we ask you to keep it here.
