Retailer inclusion
Stores enter through permission-based onboarding and the same technical checklist. Commercial relationships do not override catalog quality or consumer-safety requirements.
Trust architecture / Public policy
TCGPinas is designed to reduce search friction while preserving the retailer relationship. These are the rules that make the grid credible.
Stores enter through permission-based onboarding and the same technical checklist. Commercial relationships do not override catalog quality or consumer-safety requirements.
Listings are matched by card name, set, collector number, language, finish, and where possible Scryfall identifiers. Ambiguous records are quarantined instead of guessed.
The displayed price is the retailer’s item price in Philippine pesos. Shipping, promotions, taxes, and checkout availability may change on the retailer’s site.
Each record keeps a fetched-at and last-seen time. Stale feeds are labeled, paused, or removed from in-stock results until a healthy sync returns.
Default ranking favors exact identity, in-stock status, freshness, and price. Users can sort directly by price or availability. Store relationships are not a hidden ranking factor.
Paid or house-affiliated placements are visibly labeled. Their listing price and freshness remain comparable, and sponsorship never changes the lowest-price label.
Corrections and removal
Retailers can request a pause, correction, or removal through retailers@tcgpinas.com. Players can report mismatched price, printing, or stock through hello@tcgpinas.com. Material corrections are retained in the internal audit log.
