This launch policy describes the operational data used by TCGPinas. It should be reviewed by Philippine counsel before a broad public launch.
Retailer applications
We collect the store, contact, website, platform, inventory estimate, and notes submitted by an authorized retailer representative. We use this information to evaluate and operate an inventory connection.
Search and referral measurement
TCGPinas records first-party page views, intentional searches, filters, and outbound-store referrals to measure result usefulness. A random, short-lived browser-session token is hashed before storage so we can measure an anonymous visit-to-search-to-shop funnel. We do not store the raw token, raw IP address, full user agent, full referrer URL, or a visitor identity. Referrers are reduced to a host, devices to a broad class, and location to a country code when the network provides one. We do not process orders or request retailer customer data.
Access and retention
Administrative data is limited to allowlisted operators. Applications and audit records are retained while needed for operations, disputes, security, and legal obligations.
